Key ResponsibilitiesRenew various Right-of-Way Agreements and manage 3rd Party Fiber / Conduit and Pole AgreementsCoordinate and negotiate multiple contracts simultaneously while providing progress reports and metricsAct as Outside Plant project manager for assigned construction projects within the territoryRequired QualificationsStrong experience in contract negotiation and managementProficient use of Microsoft OfficeExperience interfacing with various municipal agencies5+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, or related field;
a combination of education and experience is acceptable
