Description :
We are seeking an experienced PCU RN to work in a Surgical Stepdown Unit . This 24-bed unit comprises intermediate care and unit-based patients, focusing on post-surgical and neuro / neurosurgical cases, including trauma patients needing a higher level of care between the general unit and the ICU.
The unit specializes in vascular surgery patients and also serves as overflow for the MSDU and ventilator / high respiratory need patients.
- 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Travel pairs must be flexible with different shifts
- Typical rotation is 2 weeks of days, followed by 2 weeks of nights (no back-to-back day and night shifts)
