Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.

Inbound Inquiries : Respond to customer inquiries promptly, address concerns, and provide information.

Policy Recommendations : Propose customized insurance plans that align with clients' specific requirements.

Cross-Selling Initiatives : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage through additional products or services.

Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Professional Development : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.

Requirement

Licensure : Active Texas Property & Casualty License preferred However not required.

Experience : Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Client-Focused : Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, balancing independence with teamwork and collaboration.

Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Technological Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and other relevant software applications.
