JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• preparing / mailing workshop materials
• supplies, and correspondence
• curating and maintaining social media / communication publications
• assisting Center for Professional Personnel Development staff with organizing / preparing for professional development programs
• other tasks as assigned

Interested candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Prior experience with other document publishing platforms such as Canvas is a plus.

Must be able to communicate professionally with key stakeholders, as well as work well independently and with others. Prior experience working in a professional office setting is valued, but not required.

Must be 18 years or older.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
