Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel (6-10 years of experience)

We are seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel attorney to join our growing Real Estate Transactional Practice Group.
Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of demonstrated experience in real estate finance transactions (preferably on the Lender side).
Candidates should be able to manage multiple deals simultaneously and proficient working with complex debt and equity financing structures, purchase and sale transaction documentation, as well as securitized lending, due diligence, managing title and survey review, and commercial leasing.

We offer the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner from within California. The preference is for the person filling this position to be based in Hanson Bridgett's Los Angeles office, although candidates interested in working from one of our California offices will also be considered.
Ideal candidates will also have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required.

Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
