Location : Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Remote Available)

We are seeking passionate and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to join a small, supportive company dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy.
This is an exciting opportunity with a competitive hourly rate , offering both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model available.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a team supervisor , developing strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
- Supervise and provide hands-on training to behavior technicians , ensuring the effective implementation of programs.
- Oversee and manage the treatment planning process for individualized clinical programs, while analyzing progress.
- Facilitate parent training sessions, teaching ABA principles and building positive relationships.
- Conduct ongoing assessment of client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Behavior Specialist License (LBS) (Required).
- Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA before starting.
- Ability to work in-person with some remote flexibility.
Schedule :
- Day shift or night shift availability.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility based on caseload.
