Job Description

75% FTE, 12 hour evening / night shifts, first weekend will be FRI / SAT and the second weekend will be FRI,SAT,SUN. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to :

  • Provide care for critically ill newborns, infants and their families across the continuum of care, from admission to discharge.
  • This 26-bed NICU is a model for patient-and family-centered care.
  • Provide care for infants requiring the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services, including a wide variety of medical and surgical complexities.

Education :

Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing.

Work Experience :

Minimum - Six (6) months relevant nursing experience.

Preferred - Previous NICU experience and current Level III or IV NICU experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification. NRP Certification within 6 months of hire.

Preferred - NRP Certification.
