As they continue to grow, they have opened a search for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations.
Position Overview
The Director of Finance will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the company. This position is responsible for managing the financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
The Director of Finance will collaborate with the executive team to drive business strategy, optimize financial performance, and ensure long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Finance
- Financial Strategy : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Audit & Compliance : Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
