- The ideal candidate for this position would have the ability to rotate out of 3 of our Akron, Ohio locations. Akron, Wooster and Barberton*
- Responsibilities : *
- Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
- Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
- Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Experience : *
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications :
- Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
- DOT certification
- Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Experity a plus!
