  • The ideal candidate for this position would have the ability to rotate out of 3 of our Akron, Ohio locations. Akron, Wooster and Barberton*
  • Responsibilities : *
  • Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
  • Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
  • Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
  • Experience : *

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications :

  • Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
  • DOT certification
  • Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Experity a plus!
