Salary : $13-$15
As an Operations Manager at PCMS, you would be in charge of managing employees, supplies, conducting team meetings, inventory and supply orders.
This is a working manager position.
All PCMS supervisors are working supervisors, you WILL be expected to do daily housekeeping tasks.
BATON ROUGE AREA
- Must have the ability to come to work.
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication skills
- General computer knowledge or a willingness to learn
- Ability to create spread sheets and PowerPoints for reports or a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for a length of time
- Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift
- Housekeeping experience
- Supervisory experience
- Learn and know all PCMS cleaning techniques, products, and principles.
- Must have flexible availability. Must be able to work some nights at his or her assigned facilities that are delegated by the Corporate Office.
