REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP : Minimum Years of Experience : 1 YearTraveler Experience : Unit WILL Accept 1st time travelersLocals Accepted : YesSkills : Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Cardiac GTT exp.

MUST be comfortable with cardiac drips including : Cardizem, Dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin.Certs : ACLS, BCLS

JOB DETAILS : Ratios : 1 : 5-6.*36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48hrs, no OT billed until after 48 hours.Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!Shift : 12 HOUR NIGHTS

Float Requirement : Yes, to other telemetry units.Weekend Requirement : 4 Weekend Days in a 6-week time track.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES : They may get various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator.

They work with a heart failure navigator.

UNIT SYSTEMS : Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

UNIT ORIENTATION : 36 hours of orientation

SCRUBS : Not provided Navy

INTERNAL NOTES Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.
