nCare for all age ranges (peds - geriatrics), 4 : 1 patient ratio, Level 2 n nEquipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.
nGE cardiac monitors, zoll defibrillators, Epic EMR, Omnicell medication dispensing unit, n nRequired skills and minimum years of experience.
n3 years preferred, level 2 or 1 experience required n nSpecific licensures and certifications / registrations required.
nBLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, will take ENPC in place of PALS n nShift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone?
Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) nMid shifts and nights, no call n nFloating to over units / departments.
If so, to which units / departments?) nNo n nBed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept. n27 n nNurse to patient ratio of this unit.
