Occupational Therapist (OT)
Salary : $85-$100k / yr
Schedule : Full time M-F Flexible hours
Location : Dayton (surrounding area)
Requirements of the OT role :
Licensed Occupational Therapist
CPR / BLS Certified
Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
Reliable transportation
About the Occupational Therapist ro le :
Perform start of care and initial evaluation.
Provides occupational therapy services to clients by assisting in assessment, treatment, program, planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
Travel to a facility, or residential location to complete the patient evaluation.
Complete subsequent follow-up visits.
Supervise COTAs / OTAs
Identifies indications for evaluations of clients at appropriate intervals under the direction of the Director of Therapy.
Conducts individual treatment, outlined in the treatment plan that includes, but is not limited to, areas of activities of daily living, functional mobility, range of motion, strength, coordination, cognitive / perceptual remediation, and functional maintenance.
Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time)
Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.
Maintains positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
