Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various channels.
This position requires a proactive, motivated individual who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients through various channels including web research, social media, and industry events.
Outbound Prospecting : Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients and generate interest in the company's solutions.
Qualification : Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts.
Reporting : Provide regular feedback and reports on lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to the sales management team.
Requirements
- Experience : 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or construction industries.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Attributes : Self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Only difference is that the client will now take someone straight out of college / preferably a minimum of 6 months of selling software or something that is also a woman that is the main preference and they have to be on-site in Miami every
