  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and potential strategic initiatives.
  • Perform sensitivity and risk analysis to support decision-making processes, ensuring robust financial due diligence and risk management.
  • Monitor and adjust financial models as the company navigates regulatory milestones, product approvals, and market dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong background in financial planning for commercial-stage companies, ideally with experience leading through a commercialization phase.
  • Experience in managing financial planning for product launches, revenue growth strategies, and market expansions in a regulated industry.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of key financial drivers in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial planning systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to excellence.
