Description :
Theconsultant shall perform the following under contract in thecompletion of the project :
1 Follow Department ITprocesses and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensurecompliance with Department standards.
2 Participate inthe analysis of current system(s) to gain an understanding ofinputs and outputs.
3 Participates in all phases of thedevelopment and implementation process and may act as a projectmanager on special projects.
4 Establish and manage aformalized solution architect for data development and maintenanceprojects.
5 Provide appropriate documentation for objectdesign decisions estimating assumptions applets and performancemetrics.
6 Analyzes assigned specifications planningdesigning and developing solutions utilizing appropriateInternet / Intranet / Extranet architecture processes supporting a widerange of content.
7 Participate in the analysis of thecurrent system to gain an understanding of the inputs andoutputs.
8 Attend and participate in all project relatedmeetings and assuring meeting notes are produced and distributed asnecessary.
9 Correspond (verbally and in writing) withproject team and internal stakeholders regarding project activitiesdeliverables and status.
10 Server as senior subjectmatter expert.
11 Recommend best practices in solutionarchitecture.
