Primary Purpose : The Account Coordinator is responsible in supporting the smooth functioning of eCommerce photography production.

This individual will oversee the flow of samples to the photography studios, as well as manage the launch calendar for all eCommerce photography projects to ensure that the delivery of all product page imagery and video for global Coach Outlet sites are met by deadlines.

  • Oversee launch calendar for global Outlet sites, licensing, drop-ship deliveries, and special projects. Manage associated timelines, production milestones and sample coordination efforts to ensure photo / video launch goals are supported.
  • Create and maintain sample tracking records for all ecommerce photography. Work closely with Sample Management team to ensure all needed samples are verified, sourced, and sent to photography studio before upcoming launches.
  • Connect with all business units on launch dates and timeframes to ensure that photography is delivered on time.
  • Provide weekly project calendar updates and sample availability status reporting.
  • Proactively identify production risks, and take initiatives to streamline processes, resolve issues and establish task deadlines / timelines when necessary.
  • Support manager with eCommerce photography- related projects.
  • Excellent excel skills (creating advanced formulas, Vlookup and pivot tables.)
  • An ability to think both strategically and tactically. Process orientated.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously and effectively.
  • Proactive risk management approach.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

  • 1-2 years industry experience (preferably in Retail, eCommerce and / or Operations settings)

  • Demonstrated proficiency working with large amounts of data.
