Requirements :
- Must be available alternating weekends
- Must have current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Physical & PPD / Chest X-Ray, MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)
Duties :
- Ability to provide comfort & support to patients
- Assist residents with personal care & activities of daily living (ADL's)
- Monitor vitals, patient behavior & report to the nursing & medical staff
- Conduct patient assessments & document in medical records
