Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their physical well-being.

Duties

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and medical histories
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Must be CPR certified
• is able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting; home health or geriatrics preferred
• state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Experience working with pediatric or acute care patients is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
