Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain.
You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their physical well-being.

Duties
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and medical histories
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Must be CPR certified
- is able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting; home health or geriatrics preferred
- state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric or acute care patients is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
