Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies, source top-tier candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Your expertise will help us maintain optimal staffing levels, support new program launches, and execute retirement replacement plans.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs based on attrition rates, business plans, and retirement projections.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to determine mission fit and minimum qualifications.
- Administer behavioral assessments and ensure they align with company competencies.
- Prepare and extend job offers, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
You will be required to make 5 manager visits per month at one of our 5 locations : Louisville, Parker, Littleton, Denver and Castle Rock.
