About The Position

- Average Patients seen : Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients.
- Call Schedule : One week up to two times per quarter
- Loan Repayment
- Compensation : - Base salary $180,000 - $225,000 / yr- Annual bonuses up to $20,000

You will work with patients and staff who are racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse, so being culturally competent is required.
Qualifications : - Previous experience required- Current MA medical and prescribing license- DEA- Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.
- Must apply for and be granted privileges at the affiliated hospital(s).- Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese a plus.
