Hours : M-F 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay : $70-$95k

Location : 100% onsite in Saint Paul

Type : Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee Human Resources Specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, training, benefits, and compensation.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to managers and staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee compensation, job evaluations, and policy implementation.
  • Handle grievances and participate in unemployment claim appeals.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Preferred certifications : SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR systems (UKG experience beneficial).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
