Human Resources Supervisor
Hours : M-F 8am-4 : 30pm
Pay : $70-$95k
Location : 100% onsite in Saint Paul
Type : Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee Human Resources Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, training, benefits, and compensation.
- Provide consultation and coaching to managers and staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee compensation, job evaluations, and policy implementation.
- Handle grievances and participate in unemployment claim appeals.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience required.
- Preferred certifications : SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR systems (UKG experience beneficial).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
