Bump to $25 / hr. after 30 day probationary period)Key Responsibilities : -Utilize your deep understanding of construction trades to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for specific job roles.-Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and the qualifications needed.-Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to various platforms to finalizing hires.
- Implement creative recruiting strategies to source the best candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and industry-specific forums.
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.-Maintain detailed records of recruiting activities and candidates' progress using recruitment software.
Qualifications : -Being Technology Savvy is required for this role. -Possession of a laptop / computer capable of handling numerous programs at once.
- 5+ years experience in hands on construction work is required!-Proven background in the construction trades, with extensive knowledge of industry-specific roles, requirements, and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethics, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
