AWS Network Services needs an experienced innovator in our AWS Networking organization to help us define product strategy and accelerate adoption of our services in the cloud.

We are looking for a leader with strong technical and communication skills to drive product management across our offerings.

This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that will interact with all levels of AWS leadership. The role requires a customer-centric approach where you'll need to respond with a sense of urgency using your technical and business judgement and effectively communicate with leaders and peers.

As a Senior Product Manager - Technical for External Services (PMT-ES) you will be responsible for :

  • Managing the lifecycle of a technology service product (SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS) used by external engineers and / or IT professionals.
  • Planning, executing and delivering an externally-facing service, which has a significant impact on the performance of your customers’ technologies.
  • Working closely with and across Agile teams.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
  • 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
  • MBA preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $163,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,800 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
