Summary
This Cabinetry MFG Company is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead efforts in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
In this role, you will develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients. Responsibilities
Maintain the existing sales systems and processes
Lead, motivate, and manage an existing sales team.
Run daily reports to monitor and analyze sales activities.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct ride-a longs with sales team members to provide coaching and support.
Manage and maintain the showroom to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage and improve existing lead generation and marketing plans to reach company goals.
Requirements
Proficiency in follow-up campaigns, CRM software and managing by metrics.
Accomplished track record in the home improvement industry
Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Creative and energetic manager with a passion for results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in sales management
