Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote AI Engineer & Researcher (Inference) to help scale Speechify’s machine learning and AI voice systems . This role is perfect for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, natural language processing, cloud computing, and high-performance inference models . You will work on mission-critical production services , ensuring top-tier scalability, speed, and reliability of Speechify’s AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver advanced AI voice solutions across diverse use cases.
- Deploy and manage ML inference workloads that power Speechify’s speech technology pipeline.
- Optimize performance, latency, and throughput for large-scale AI models.
- Build monitoring tools to identify system bottlenecks and implement robust solutions.
- Contribute to architecture improvements and introduce innovative AI / ML techniques .
