Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This role involves supervising store staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.
The Assistant Store Manager helps implement training, store policies and procedures and steps in for the Store Manager as needed.

Previous experience in retail or customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Help schedule staff shifts and manage employee timekeeping.
- Address staff issues and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Assist customers on the sales floor and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of customer service strategies to enhance the shopping experience.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
