Duties, Goals and Responsibilities
- This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm
- Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for freight
- Provide switchboard coverage
- Track freight and proactive communication
- Provide coverage for CSR's when out of office
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Data Entry / Skilled in typing
- Ability to multi-task
- Punctual
- High energy level, results driven
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritizing, Planning and Organizing
Education and Experience
Office assistant and customer service experience is a plus, but not required
