A fast-growing, multi-location healthcare group in South Texas is seeking a strategic and hands-on Practice Administrator to lead operations across its interventional pain management clinics. With a mission to transform patient experience and significantly scale its regional footprint, this is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and leadership.

Key responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
• Operational Enhancements : Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
• Efficient Resource Management : Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.
• Financial Oversight : Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and expense control for clinic operations.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications :

Location : This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with a small amount of travel to other local offices required.

Package : $90,000 - $115,000 plus bonus, 401k and health insurance.
