Job Type : Full-time, On-site
Salary : $25 to $35 per hour
Job Description : As a Junior Account Representative at Ideaboxpro, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include supporting senior account managers, handling client inquiries, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and ensuring that client needs are met with the highest level of service.
You will work closely with our team to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Track and manage project timelines and budgets
- Support in identifying opportunities for account growth and client satisfaction
Qualities We're Looking For :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
