About the Role
As a P&C Senior Analyst, you'll spearhead initiatives to refine and develop policies and procedures that align seamlessly with regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence.
You'll harness your advanced knowledge of Human Resources and multi-jurisdictional employment law to provide strategic guidance and ensure our policies uphold our core values.
Successful collaboration with cross functional stakeholders and leaders to formulate and implement initiatives will be critical.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead with Impact : Drive policy and compliance efforts with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Empower Leaders : Equip stakeholders with essential tools and resources for policy development, audits, and SOPs, setting clear benchmarks for success.
Enhance Team Member Experience : Ensure our HR practices set the standard for excellence, delivering a "best-in-class" experience for every team member.
Subject Matter Expertise : Provide advanced support on key projects and overall policy initiatives, collaborating closely with legal, business strategy, TMRI (Team Member Relations Investigations), Learning and Development, and Team Member Experience teams.
Innovate and Harmonize : Research, create, evaluate, and refine policies and SOPs to meet evolving operational and regulatory needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Promote Compliance Excellence : Champion compliance tools, education, and training, translating legal insights into practical operational solutions.
Drive Change : Develop and implement effective communication, training, and change management strategies to mitigate risks and adapt to regulatory shifts.
Skills and Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Human Resources positions and bachelor’s degree in business, HR management, or other related disciplines OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
2+ years policy writing and iteration experience including net new policy development and rollout.
Experience working as an HR Leader in retail operations strongly preferred.
Possesses core HR knowledge including experience and knowledge of major federal, state, and local statutory requirements.
Proven success in medium scope / scale project or change management delivery with the ability to identifyrisks and vulnerabilities, creates contingency plans, and to guide a team achieve results.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required in support of multiple location coverage.
Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
