What you'll do :
The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, their teams, and prepare strategic plans for project success.
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts. The Project Manager also serves as a vision leader within the Dwell community.

- Experience managing Multifamily projects
- Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Proficient in Revit or similar design applications
- Prefer 10+ years of design experience
- Professional license preferred but not required
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
