nUnit : Surgery (OR) Cost Center : 701 n On-Call Is Required n nTell us about the unit(s) : n· Number of Beds -11 Operating Rooms n· Number of Staff 70 n· Shift for the Traveler Days (0), Swing (0, 1100-2330) n· Type of staff : no Day Shift 13 RN, 13 Surg Tech, 1 Charge RN, 3-5 Surgical Support Tech, 1-2 Anes.

Tech no Night Shift 1 Charge RN, 1 Surg Tech n· Patient Ratios 1 : 1 n· Type of equipment - n· EMR EPIC n· On Call Requirements- Varies, Approximately 4-5 shifts per 4 weeks n· Weekend Requirements : On-call, Possible Scheduled shifts as unit requires.

n nMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. n· Experience in Orthopedics, Neuro n· ACLS, BLS n nPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

n· Experience in Davinci XI, Vascular, ENT, General, etc n· Experience in CV Surgery n nList typical procedures performed on unit(s) : n· THA, Anterior THA, TKA, TSA, Lumbar Spine, Cervical Spine, Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Hysterectomy, Abscess I&D, Amputations, pediatric Dental, CABG, AVR / MVR, Mastectomy etc
