The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

We are the Strategy and Operations team supporting Ads, Commerce, and Geo partnerships areas within K&I Partnerships. The team drives Partnerships in support of our Ads product portfolio, which includes key measurement, data, and growth partnership opportunities. In this role, you will specifically own Strategy and Operations for Ads Business Development (BD). You will handle questions around Go-to-Market (GTM) and Partnership strategy in collaboration with the BD / Partnership team and other cross-functional groups such as Product Management, Engineering, Product Operations, and Finance.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
