We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for an International Membership Organization located in Oak Brook, IL .
This is a Part-Time (24 hrs. / wk.), Hybrid, Ongoing Temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE : Membership Organization
LOCATION : Hybrid (2 days in office, 1 day remote)
POSITION TITLE : Administrative Assistant
SCHEDULE : Part Time (24 hrs. / wk.); Days worked are flexible
DURATION : Temporary (ongoing)
HOURLY RATE : $28-32 / hr. DOE
Is This Your Dream Job? The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing development research and administrative support for live and online education initiatives within the Education Division.
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Association background preferred
- Proficient with Learning Management System preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with video editing software preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required
How You Will Spend Your Day :
- Compile missing elements for LMS course migration
- Quality Check courses in Oasis LMS after migration
- Review online education courses for timing and video quality
- Provide video editing notes to live webinars
- Assist with reporting for all education activities
- Assist with faculty sourcing for education activities
- Education data gathering for live and online education courses
