job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 3+ years of experience developing subsystem requirements. 5+ years of experience researching, developing, or evaluating electrical, electronic, computer, software and / or firmware requirements. 5+ years of experience with the design, development, and integration of complex electronic systems or subsystems. 5+ years of experience with analog and / or digital circuit design, packaging techniques, and / or power systems. Experience with high speed, low latency electronic design. Experience with firmware development.
Overview
Title : Firm ware Analysis Design & Analysis engineer
Location : Albuquerque, NM, 87109
Duration : 7 months assignment with possible extension
Shift Schedule : 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm
Pay Rate : $120 / hr. on W2 (no benefits)
Clearance Requested : Active Top Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Designs hardware, software, firmware and interface specifications.
- Develops test plans to validate system designs against operational and functional requirements.
- Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
- Research specific technology advances potential application to company business needs.
- Work with suppliers for board / electronics hardware prototyping and manufacturing.
- Mentoring entry-level and mid-career engineers in electronic design best practices.
