The Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a successful project in the office :
Budget
RFI’s
Submittals
Scheduling
Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Scope / Contract Management and Execution
Change Orders
Project scope includes :
40 to 160 units
Ground up or Rehab
Podium Deck or Slab on Grade
12 to 24 month project duration
Contract Value : 10 to 60 million
Prior multi-family experience is required.
