General Laborer - Full Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team. Responsible for assisting in setup, production, cleanup, and packaging of product in various departments.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU :
- 2nd Shift, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM, 3rd Shift; 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM Sunday- Saturday.
- Starting hourly pay of $18.60, plus shift differential.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH :
- Assists with the production, processing, and packaging of all products.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Prepares equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.
- Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
- Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
REQUIREMENTS :
- Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required .
- Ability to work in a cold environment of 40-50 degrees F, required.
- High School Diploma / GED, preferred .
SKILLS :
- Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful.
- Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment .
- Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful.
