Leads teams responsible for delivering high quality products and services to Towne Members and internal Towne stakeholders.

Oversees the successful implementation of complex projects by ensuring requirements, design, testing, and implementing are completed with high quality, on schedule and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager ensures all project team members work collaboratively as well as individually to create a solution that meets our Members' and / or Stakeholders' expectations.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with product, technology, operations, and 3rd party service providers to design and implement products, services, and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with progress and the business benefits are achieved.
  • Management of projects in accordance with the bank's project methodology, and solution adheres to risk and compliance policy.
  • Establish and monitor project budgets, timescales and advise appropriate managers of potential issues leading to delays, difficulties or cost over-runs.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables by service providers and project team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate usability and / or testing of systems, processes and documentation, as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the technology and business departments as well as service providers.
  • Educate and train team members on project management guidelines established in the policies and procedures.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with employees in any position.
  • Maintain Regular Attendance
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior analytical skills in the management of various concurrent projects.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Skilled problem solver.
  • Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues which may impede the timely progression or execution of projects.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills with ability to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with both small and large groups including the ability to lead large meetings.
  • Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.
  • Dependable, Self-Motivated with a Positive Attitude.
  • Ability to think outside the box, show initiative and be inquisitive.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Deductive reasoning skills to analyze problems and respond quickly in a demanding environment.
  • Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of products and services.
  • PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.

Physical Requirements :

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
  • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
