Michigan Licensed Care Coordination Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train Regional Care Coordinator team members to ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards

Act as the subject matter expert for the Regional Care Program, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues

Monitor daily tasks and performance metrics, providing leadership and coaching to achieve high member and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role, preferably in a leadership capacity

5+ years of leadership experience

Contact center and Dispatch experience required

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
