You will help coordinate services, conduct regular patient evaluations, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company protocols. This role offers a blend of direct patient engagement and collaborative support for nursing field staff in various home care settings.

• Meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule
• Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
