Product Content Specialist

Location : M-T (Onsite in Framingham, MA, Fridays Remote)Job Type : ContractCompensation Range : $20 - 21 per hourWe're looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy Product Content Specialist to join our Merchandising organization. In this role, you'll help shape the online shopping experience by ensuring our product content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for conversion across our websites. You'll collaborate closely with Category Managers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to ensure every product tells the right story - from launch through its entire lifecycle.Responsibilities : Manage and maintain product content for all SKUs within your assigned category.Populate new products and continuously improve existing listings to enhance discoverability and conversion.Support on-time, best-in-class product launches, catalogs, and promotional campaigns.Maintain and optimize product hierarchies, attributes, keywords, and cross-sell opportunities.Partner with Content Providers, Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing, and Vendors to enhance product data and storytelling.Serve as a category subject matter expert and main point of contact for content-related inquiries.Create and deliver periodic and ad hoc performance reports for your category.Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and data accuracy. Qualifications : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; a self-starter who enjoys creative problem solving.Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications : Experience managing eCommerce product content or working within a Content Management System (CMS).Background in merchandising, marketing, or business management.Familiarity with SEO best practices for product content and site optimization.JOBID : 102025-112923#LI-CELLA#LI-CN1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer : Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
