This is a general endocrinology practice, seeing mostly diabetes and thyroid issues. The exact dates are February 5 February 9, March 11 March 15, April 8 April 26, May 20- May 24, and June 17-July 19.
Candidates must have an active IL license and be Board Certified to apply. Credentialing takes approximately 30 days. There is a diabetic educator and an experienced Endocrinology NP in the practice.
The position does not require night or weekend call, but they do expect the candidate to be available during the normal business day for any hospital consults, should they arise.
There are only occasional consults, less than 1 per week on average.
