We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our company's profit margin.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the sales industry with a focus on Office Design.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, and generate leads for possible sales.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers / clients.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work towards company-wide business development goals and objectives.
- Create and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to enter.
- Develop detailed territory plans to track progress and measure success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide management with sales forecasts and reports on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry with a focus on Office Design.
- Proven track record in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to foster relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to improve sales strategies and approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technological advancements is a plus.
