Hearst Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our E-Commerce team. . Hearst E-commerce is a newly formed organization focused on developing and supporting E-Commerce across Hearst's consumer media portfolio.
Our goal is to make it easier to buy all the goods and services our thousands of journalists research every day. Your Impact
Hearst Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our E-Commerce team.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue for Hearst commerce experiences by leveraging your expertise in product development, consumer analytics, A / B testing methodologies, and retail technologies.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of multiple experiments and features aimed at optimizing revenue for Hearst commerce experiences.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall performance of Hearst commerce platforms.
- Conduct A / B tests to measure the impact of various product features and optimizations, and iterate based on the results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, analysts, data engineers, designers, and business teams to drive initiatives that enhance the user experience.
- Work with finance and data engineering to understand the impact of user experiences to overall P&L and develop strategies that will optimize profitability across multiple user experiences.
- Develop and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Key Competencies
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A / B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
- An understanding of digital media, content management, or e-commerce user experiences including user journeys, KPIs, and recommendation strategies is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
This position is hybrid in our NYC / Seattle offices.
