Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling. Professional attire and good hygiene are a must. Available to attend mandatory pre‑season training. Flexibility and willingness to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed. At least 18 years of age. Previous retail / assistant manager experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10‑25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time. Description
This is a seasonal role starting in November / December, with full-time or part-time hours based on your availability and business needs. Start and end dates may vary slightly due to weather or staffing.

Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies.
- Assist Local Manager with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup / testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening / closing procedures.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
- Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and / or recruiting.
- All other duties as assigned.
