Responsibilities
As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient / family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional / developmental age of the individual served.

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
Qualifications
Minimum :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- AZ State RN License or Compact State License
- Current American Heart Association ACLS
- Current American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred :
- Two years recent acute care experience
