ResponsibilitiesVehicle Diagnosis and Repair

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues with vehicles.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Execute complex automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical system overhauls

Customer Service

Cooperate with Service Advisors and communicate to customers to understand and address their concerns.

Provide clear explanations of repair issues and recommended solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Technical Expertise

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements.

Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to enhance efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues efficiently.

Quality Assurance

  • Adhere to industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
  • Document all repair work accurately and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an understandable manner.
