Key ResponsibilitiesProvide insight into accountability measures regarding global process adherence and team objectivesCoordinate client deliverables across multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer project dependenciesSupport the development, execution, and improvement of cross-functional processes related to tooling and client deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor's (BA or BS) or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in project implementation or related exposure in a logistics environmentExperience in Customer Success within a technology companyStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data in a business contextFamiliarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Zendesk, or similar software is a plus
