Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and engaging communication
- Offer accurate and comprehensive information about our charity client to the public
- Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing effective solutions and following up as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage accounts with attention to detail
- Adhere to our communication guidelines and go the extra mile to educate and engage on behalf of the charity

- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
- A genuine passion for philanthropy and helping others
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different personalities
